Good for you!
I have a stationary recumbent bike in the other room (which I need to spend more time on). It's computerized, as in I can program the terrain I'm pedaling from flat to very steep incline (& believe me, you feel it!). It also keeps track of my mileage & heart rate, etc. I have to be careful though, because this past winter I severely tore my calf muscle in half, & it doesn't take much to set it off
Recently I had dangerously high blood pressure, so I stopped eating so much junk, and trying to eat better (not always easy, old habits). I start the day with a bowl of Irish oatmeal, sweetened with honey, and a ton of blueberries added to it. The doc's were amazed how quickly my blood pressure dropped to normal levels!
