Guinness, Smithwick's, Harp, Bass, Newcastle, & Belhaven are ongoing favorites, but a recent discovery is my current craving: Dogfish Head IPA

A man after my own heart!
    The darker the better

I also like just about anything from local brewers Boundary Bay, in particular their Scotch Ale (the official beer of our local games), Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout, & of course the old stand-by: Guinness

I do miss our (now defunct) local Orchard Street Brewery (not to be confused with a brewery by the same name back east). I worked for them in the early 90's, and after work would enjoy a pint or two of the Porter. Myself & another co-worker would first add a shot of espresso, then fill the rest of the way with the Porter. The two complimented each other nicely.

I don't usually go for pale ales, but I recently discovered at Trader Joe's an imported Organic Pale Ale called "Great Scot" thats brewed by the Caledonian Brewery in Edinburgh. Its actually quite refreshing on a hot summer day!

I truly love dogfish 90. Another great (and CHEAPER) HOPPY IPA is Victory Brewing Company's 'Hop Devil'. That is my current favorite.
