Oi...am I gonna get it...but Blackened VooDoo from Dixie breweries is a fine one...but when I kinna get that a Guiness or newcastle will do nicely, thanks. JW dundee honey brown is a fine one as well.

Guinness Dark....if you don't say dark in Nashville you will get Lite Guinness I have found, if you say stout you get a strange look.

Guinness, Smithwick's, Harp, Bass, Newcastle, & Belhaven are ongoing favorites, but a recent discovery is my current craving: Dogfish Head IPA

The old standby: New Glarus' Spotted Cow. It can only be bought in Wisconsin.

A toss up between Skull Splitter, Old Rasputin Imperial Stout from North Coast Brewing and of course Pikes Kilt Lifter!!! int:

My choice is Pied pIPA from my favorite brew pub, The People's Pint in Greenfield, MA. (but only from the tap)

Guiness is my "everyday" Ale, but my favorite has to be Black Mocha Stout Ale by Highland Brewery in Ashville, NC. I also like Dark Island and Dragonhead from Orkney. I have never turned down a Fuller's London Porter nor a Newcastle.

Come to think of it...I have never turn down an ale or beer when offered.

Guiness when I want something full and dark or Shiner Bock when I want something a little lighter. Good stuff!

i cannae believe it all these people mentioning fat tire which is a new belgium product and not one vote for 1554 my favourite belgian black ale. its like guiness but without that old dishwater aftertaste. ive also been known to down a crate of killians or a barrel of smithwicks. although if your ever in kansas city and you get a chance to try boulevard, dont its pishwater
