Hmm, even the Regiment has issues?! I'd have thought they'd have their own kiltmakers or something.

Anywho...personally, if I have to wait longer for my scotweb order because there is no compromise being made on quality, well, I can live with that. Sure it's hard to wait, and I too have a dealine I may quite possibly miss, but when I do finally get it, I'll want it to be as good as it can be and if it is, then I'll say it was worth the wait.

Some people wait years for a ferrari, and they pay over a quater million to get it. The quality is there.

Is there really any worst customer to have a hassle with? They've got guns & training to use them. Not to forget a really good pipe band.

"I'd be willing to bet that the difficult vendor is well aware that there are dwindling "quality" alternatives for Nick, and that could be one of the reasons they are less than responsive to him."

No more calls, please. We may have a winner.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

I am pleased to report that today the DHL messenger arrived with a large box. My jacket and waistcoat have arrived!

The transatlantic travel was apparently turbulent. Both will need pressing before I wear them. Once that's done, I'll post pics!
