After admiring those dancers I must say it is refreshing to know the games in Scotland are so much more traditional than those here in the heathen United States. At all the games I have been to here the dancers have been kilted. How quaint.

Great photos Alex.
I also noted that your Highland Dancers tend to dress down a bit compared to here in the States. 
I also noted that most of the attendees and pipe bands wore clan tartans as opposed to district or fashion tartans. Reminds me of a few discussions we've had on the board of late.
