It might (maybe!) end up being a good thing for small brewers. Someone going out for ten pints probably drinks cheap lager, but someone who is going to have just one or two (as we are all supposed to do nowadays) may well be prepared to pay that bit extra for a quality microbrewed beer to really savour. We can always be optimistic eh?
