Thumbs up Nice quality buckle brogues

After reading a thread on the Bob dunsire forum:
    http://forums.bobdunsire.com/forums/...d.php?t=119725
I was looking for a good pair of buckle brogues and came across a great website that I thought I might share.

    http://www.mackenziefrain.com/

unfortunatly I will have to wait a while for them to restock my size

I should add that its one of those site that I could spend thousands and thousands of dollers on!

Well their prices aren't too expensive - just more than I can afford at the moment. But a good resource none the less. Thanks for posting the link.

    Regards

Mackenzie Frain has been mentioned before Hamish owns a pair of their Glenfinnian Buckle Brogues. I have a pair of Kilties buckles brogues that I found on ebay for a great price:

It's tough to see a good deal go by, but I have a hard time spending `$180 on shoes w/o the opportunity to try them on.

    Andrew.

Woodsheal had some great links for buckle shoes made here in the states, he said he was pleased with the quality, and they weren't quite as pricey as those, not to mention customs and all!

They look good. I think I may well get a pair to wear with some of my more formal jackets and diced hose... might take a while to save though!
