Mackenzie Frain has been mentioned before Hamish owns a pair of their Glenfinnian Buckle Brogues. I have a pair of Kilties buckles brogues that I found on ebay for a great price:

Woodsheal had some great links for buckle shoes made here in the states, he said he was pleased with the quality, and they weren't quite as pricey as those, not to mention customs and all!

They look good. I think I may well get a pair to wear with some of my more formal jackets and diced hose... might take a while to save though!
