I love McCoul's, and I think it is the closest thing we have around here to a true pub! i am always open though, transportation might be my only real determining factor. I thinl maybe monthly, then the holidays too, infromal get togethers and such!

Alright, so thus far we've got a monthly meeting at McCoul's on either a Monday or Tuesday. I'm thinking that either the first or second week of the month is best, mainly because it's easier to remember that way. What time would be best for something like this? Could we expect a majority of folks to be able to get there by 7:00? Or would that allow everyone time to get home and get changed?

Why not make it a time span instead a set formal time. Say for instance, Kilt night at McCoul's Tues. the so and so, from 7:30-whenever. Unless we want to see if we can get their upstairs room, which would mean we would need some more formal times.
Just a thought
