Power of the Kilt
Michele and I go to the gym 3 times a week. I am normally kilted when I arrive and change into my workout clothes in the locker room. Today, I wa not in anything special, I hd just thrown on a SWK thrifty Black Stewart and a dark red oxford button down I was wearing at work. The young lady at the reception desk (every bit as buff as youn would expect a gym employee to be) asked me where I was coming from. I said no place special, I wear the kilt most of the time. She said "I love your masculine swagger and appearance - you're the MAN!" Sure made this fat old codger's day!

Ah, the power of the kilt strikes again!! Always nice to get a compliment, especially when the compliment comes from a charming lass.

There's nothing like walking into a room and having it stop when folks get sight of your kilt!
Funnier still is when the guys see their lady folk start to drool! Hahahaha!

I too having worn at work noticed this reaction...alot of people really liked it, but were like..."whaaaaa?" haha,it seems as though i will be fighting the "kilt only as formal wear" a bit but it'll work out

I haven't received a comment like that in two years. Sadly, I remember the last one.
I begrudgingly (enviously) congratulate you.
