I know what you mean about the costumes, I've been around TRF off and on for about 30 years, and the patrons costumes have changed a quite a bit, but I think for the better. While I always see a few "what were they thinking?" outfits during the day, I'm generally dazzled by the creativity, beauty and variety on display every year.
