From "MacBeth, The Musical!"
Lady MacBeth enters, stage left.
She has just come from the old king's bed chamber where she has done her foul deed. Her hands are stained red with blood.
Arms before her, staring at her hands, she stops center stage and sings:
LADY MACBEATH
(Tune: Three Blind Mice)
Out Damned spot,
Out Damned spot,
See how it stays,
See how it stays;
I've washed with water both Cold and Hot
With Juices of Lemon and Apricot,
My skin is gone
But the Spot is not
Out Damned Spot
Out Damned Spot!
(On the refrain Lady MacBeth, wringing her hands, turns and exits, stage right.)
