UPDATE
Firstly, the official "torch passing" will be taking place at the Royal Scot hotel, not the Freedom Kilts shop.
Second, in order to allow more time for the group to gather, dinner has been moved back to 7:00PM.
Thirdly, Jamie, if you are going to be witness to this great event, you WILL be at the hotel for cocktails.
Fourthly, Old Hippie, see firstly.

With many bows and scrapies, oh large one, we assure you of our presence.
Charles, your venture 'cross the water and through the isles whilst kilted is only an (ad)venture in your mind. The only ones to take note of your attire will be a wondrous few from the far west who show their delight by a giggle or three (just smile and giggle back), and an odd southron loudly wheezing "ma gawd he's gotta skirton". For crew and natives its all in the course of the day. Right Mikey, Wizzzzzzzzzzzzzard, Macman and Raphael?
Or catch the 1:30 and we will meet you for lunch on board and feed you bits of support while you spoon in some great Pacific chowder.

Gotcha. We'll figure it out on the ground. There'll be lots of folks wandering about in kilts, I imagine.

Done THAT before!
I tend to ignore most comments. Self-confidence ain't really my problem. I do love riding the ferries. Probably it would be a drag if I had to do it every day.

Would love to but reservations are for the 3:00. I hope to arrive at Tsawassen early enough to get my favourite gelato at the terminal shoppe, then board the boat, go stand on the pointy end, and enjoy the ride.
