    Of course, this brings back a memory from my first year at university. A friend and I were walking back from the dining commons and chance shower came by. A girl in front of us started to run and yelled into her cell phone, "I have to get inside! I'm wearing wool!"

    Caught that thread, RIGHT after posting my question...

    Seems that Anne's idea of using cords would work fairly well for keeping it in place. However, there's not much you'll be able to do about looking like you have a blanket thrown over your shoulder...
