No Victorian author voice, just Jamie
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to apologize to anyone who found this story amusing for not being very good at keeping up with it.
I was very touched this Summer when Kyle (Streetcar) mentioned to me in Seattle that he would like me to continue the tale.
I am at my kid's school pretty much everyday (sometimes back and forth multiple times) for several hours.
I pop into XMTS every chance I get to make sure things are running smoothly.
It may just be an online forum but I take my title seriously and feel I owe it to all you fine people to make sure this place is the best it can be.
This makes it hard to keep up writing the tale because when I do find myself using my little word processing program I constantly peek at XMTS
This is what happens
I write a little...
Thus Grant's mane of curly blonde locks plunged into the trash filled dumpster followed shortly thereafter by his pointy head and the rest of rest of his body, till said pointy head hit the bottom of the metal container resulting a low bell-like ring. His legs and oft mentioned pert buttocks stood straight up ignominiously from the pile of rubbish displaying all Grant's shortcomings which were mercifully and quickly buried in the subsequent huge shower of refuse from the crane operated by Colin….
When I peek at XMTS and give things a quick scan I think to myself
Things going good, Things going good, Things going good , good , good, good,…..What the heck is that person doing!!!!
I go from being wonderfully silly to trying to deal with an issue in an effiecient and respectful way.
In so doing I get off track and that whimsical side of me goes back to what odd Maroon colored closet it lurks in.
I do owe you the rest of story and I will try to do better by you all
Sincerely
Jamie :ootd:

Jamie I for one greatful that you don't write excessive amounts as my lips tend to get sore from reading so much. Repetitive usage of such big wurds (as highlighted above) just adds injury to injury that I tend to drool as a result. On the other hand I must comment that your above stated character is indeed the romance novelists dream (a la Fabio-esque) you cannot possibly know that is indeed fact as it is well hidden beneath my long flowing golden locks. What is well-known is protrubent ears, those being the sign of royalty.

Grant, you really do see yourself like this, don't you?
Jamie, I forgive you. Just don't let it happen again.

While we're waiting for the next installment, the story of an entirely different airship that I stumbled across the other day.
(Stumbled across the website, not the airship.)
The Airship Flying Cloud, R-505
No kilts in sight, but a nice little piece of alternate history fiction.
