One would think that selling these kind of wares the pictures would be working... kind of like buying a pig in a poke, you have only their word for what it looks like....

I remember this site. The seller is also an innkeeper (Sithe Mor House?) who introduced himself here once. There was something odd about how he described his collection, and it seemed maybe just a touch of duplicity about the nature of his kilts. That thread, "New Member from Loch Awe," has been shut down.

However, a search for vintagekilts.com on XMTS yields a recommendation from member Redshank.

The ones you can see are very nice, but beyond my budget at present. Still, I'd love to see the other ones. I look forward to hearing from more satisfied customers- and seeing the pictures
