I do understand about those life changing decisions, and not posting as much, but it is good to see you again Al.

Thanks, everyone.
This "new life" of ours has been a wonderful and welcome change, but it also has had a few downsides. Not being close to any other kilties is one, plus the whole not being able to wear kilts regularly. However, we're happy and healthy, and my new business is slowly taking off. Life is good!
I hope to be able to attend some Xmarks functions again one of these days. For now, I'll just sit back, lurk, and make the odd comment if I feel I can add something to a thread. Nice to have a comfortable "home" to come to where I can be among friends.

Al:
Good to have you check in. Looking good!! Make sure you keep the rubber side down!!...after all, "you are a professional driver!" All the best to you and Karen.

Thanks guys!
I must sadly admit, Rob, that I can no longer lay claim to being a "professional driver". While I have kept my CDL up, I'm not driving big rigs or busses any more. From now on I'll simply be a tourist-type driver, which may be worse! LOL

Thanks, Jack! We love sitting out there in the early evening, watching the traffic go by on the highway. The house is pretty much the reason we chose to move to this little town. We'd been after a character house like this for ages! Here's a couple more shots of the outside...
