I was looking at some of the project pictures he has posted on the sight. It looks like he is usually some kind of plastic or silicon parts. I'm wondering if those are used to make a mold, then the mold used to make the bronze parts for the final piece. Or does he just bronze coat the plastic bits he's carved?
Secondly, I'm incredibly envious not only of the finished piece, but of the process. It seems like it would be incredibly satisfying to work weeks and weeks on a project and watch your sketches come to life in steel and wood.
