Hey piperdbh yeah the knee healed fine and that was the first real test of the new knee. I'm about 95% now and will keep working at it. Riverkilt good to see you back. I usually hike w/out a belt as it keeps the heat down around the waist. While recuperating from knee surgery over the summer I added on about 10-15 unwanted pounds and this was the start of my working/hiking it off program.
