Is the Haggis from Lamb Etc. in a can? Is a paunch a plastic bag? I would prefer not canned/tinned... Thanks for the leads.

Trust me on this -- do not reject CK's Haggis just because it comes in a tin. It is very good & the expats in our society love it.

Lamb's haggis is in a paunch. We order several a year and are never disappointed. Charlie Lamb put's out a good product and will ship it frozen.

I have to say that even CK's tinned vegetarian haggis -- oxymoron? -- is quite good.

Winston's is the choice in the Chicago area. Their web site isn't much - doesn't look like you can order online - but I can recommend their haggis. Meat pies are great also!
