Use any Peanut Butter Cookie recipe, but replace the peanut butter with almond butter. You might want to add a little more sugar, too, since there's no sugar added to almond butter. Bake as recipe directs, and don't log in to XMTS while you're baking them, unless you want them to turn out a little beyond "crisp".
