I wear mostly Stewart tartans as I know we have blood ties to that on my mothers side. I also wear Black Thistle as my mothers maiden name was Thistle. Eventualy I would like to find more of the tartans I have a blood connection. My last name is Smith but I think its from the English but if I can find a link to the Smiths of Scotland then I will be quick to find a kilt in that tartan.
