I would have liked to have gone to that. Being a piper and being a MacIntyre is like being a MacCrimmon and being a piper. I've seen Glennoe from Google Earth (lol) and can't wait to visit.
I tried the sirloin and lamb haggis the Caledoninan Kitchen had. Both were excellent. Honestly some of the best I've had.
As a MacIntyre piper, you should know two tunes: High Road to Gairloch (which I'm sure you know; written in 1547 as the 'MacIntyre March') and 'The MacIntyres Salute', a piobaireachd written in 1701. The latter is quite a cool-sounding piobaireachd with a crunluath a mach.
