Help!! from the locals.

I've taken my knock around kilt twice to the very same cleaner, and had vastly different results each time. The first time, my pleats were perfect and the lady only charged me $12. The second time, she screwed up the sett something terrible, charged me $20 for the cleaning, and $2 per pleat for the press.

I would never trust anyone but a kilt maker to press my tank, and I sincerely hope that I never have occasion to send it out.
