Yes, he is. I like him a lot, and he's a level headed dude in amongst a whole lot of drama queens and princes. Note the eyeroll, here...not about Richard, but about some other folks.
ANYWAY...
I spent two hours this morning, re-pleating to get pleats the proper width and then sewing in the pleats with 6-8 stitches under the belt area where the stitches will be hidden. It's done. Will get pics in a day or two.
This took thirteen dollars and about five hours of work.
