Tandy? You don't need tandy. Just go find some used leather product (purse, bag) and cut it from there.

I got the leather for my badger sporran out of a scrap bin at Tandy, for free. There wasn't alot, but there was enough for what I wanted to do.

I have seen those. Never seen enough to do much with. However, you can sometimes find things there.
