FYI, there is no official Boy Scouts of America tartan - the Boy Scouts of America doesn't allow kilts as part of the official uniform. The scout tartans listed under the Scottish Tartans Authority are for the UK (British) Scout Association for wear mainly by those members that can't find/afford kilts in their own tartan or don't have a tartan of their own (i.e. their family isn't associated with one of the traditional Scottish clans).
If you've been through Wood Badge, you could become an associate member of the Clan MacLaren, and get one in that tartan, if you're so inclined. I've already stated my position on the subject of kilts and the BSA uniform in other threads and won't go into it here.
