They are easy to get from any of our regular kiltmakers, like Rocky and even SportKilt. Whether or not that is easy for you, I can't tell. Nr which Manchester are you? New Hampshire, Connecticut, New Jersey, Ohio, California..... or England?

Nr the original Manchester, England. Perhaps I haven't looked hard enough but the 'regulars' seem to be lacking in saffon flashes at present, like most Kilt suppliers/retailers on this side of the pond too. No luck with military tailors either.
