    Can you get your hands on some appropriate saffron-coloured fabric? If so, you can fashion your own in a jiffy.

    It might be possible to get a scrap of the saffron fabric from a kiltmaker here and make up your own flashes. You could also cut a couple of long strips of the fabric and use them as garter ties.
