The After Parade Potluck

So we can keep track of the details for the After Parade Potluck get-together, I thought I would start a thread for that event.

My Bride was thinking about setting the food out around 2:30 or 3:00 pm. This would give folks time to shop at the Gateway or visit the Siamsa (this will be held at the GATEWAY GRAND HALL instead of the Greek Orthodox Church) if they wanted and then head over to my place. If we do it any earlier, I feel that folks would feel rushed.

I will be doing up some pork butts for Pulled pork sandwiches and doing grilled Portabello mushrooms for those that don't eat meat.

As this is a pot luck, we will need to have side dishes such as salads, chips, etc.

So please post what you will be bringing so others will know.

As we draw closer to the potluck date, I'll PM my cell number and home address to those that have indicated that they are participating.
