I would post 500 posts and I would post 500 more

I have been looking for the perfect place to add my 500th post and while this is not really it, I will put it here anyway. Mr. Depp was probably the first person to successfully mix eyeshadow and piracy, among other things, so let's see how much of his appeal bleeds over into the fatter and older segment of the KILT wearing population, i.e., me and others.

Wearing it - yes. Wearing it with pride - questionable. To Depp it is a costume, not male attire.

Sure, but he did say he LIKED it, and isn't that the first step towards wearing it with pride?

Why get upset? It's a kilt, it's a type of skirt. I've a friend that says it's what's under it that counts.

That's it! It's a kilt because of what's under it! A skirt has something else entirely different under there.
