I really have no other information about it other than on a website I was looking at it was listed as the pipe music for Clan Macdonell of Keppoch.
The tune appears to be piobaireachd, and is sometimes called "Isabel Mackay" or "Isabella Mackay"; the first published example is in Neil MacLeod's "A Collection of Piobaireachd or Pipe Tunes Verbally Taught by the McCrummen Pipers of Skye". Settings of it are available in:
The above collection.
Angus Mackay's Collection of Ancient Piobaireachd (as "Nameless")
The David Glen manuscript (as "Nameless")
The Nether Lorn manuscript (as "Isabel Mackay [Clan Donald Roaich]")
Piobaireachd Society Collection

The sheet music is available online from the Piobaireachd Society and from Ceol Sean.com, although it may be difficult; the tune was used as a competition tune by the Society in 1938, and it was recorded that the competing pipers "seemed to find difficulty in giving a really musical rendering." If you'd like to hear it, it's on Brown & Nicol - Masters Of Piobaireachd vol 8, which is available on CD.
