Celtic Croft
Has anyone else had problems contacting Celtic Croft via email?
I have twice in the past week or so attempted to contact them & have not received a reply (I do not have long distance on my phone, so email is my best/only option).

I have delt with them only twice, both with good results. I am unsure about toll free numbers without long distance, but here is their toll free number is (888) 569-4373.

Thanks
I'm wondering if something has them otherwise occupied that they are not getting to their email?

I notice that Celtic Croft is an XMarks sponsor. Is there by chance anyone from Celtic Croft registered as a member of XMarks?

As I recall they're a young family. Could be Spring Break...

My wife had a similar problem back before Christmas. It turned out that their spam filter was flagging her email address. I emailed them from my account on her behalf, and got an immediate response- and they found her letters in their spam box and cleared up the problem.

That could very well be, as well! It is that time of year again, ain't it? Man, time flies...

I believe that they have an 800 number.
The owners do go out to festivals, which could explain their lack of response.
On the other hand, they are usually pretty good at getting back to you.

Also, be sure to check your spam mailbox. Just yesterday I made a call to a vendor after an "unanswered" e-mail. He said he'd answered my e-mail and suggested that my spam filter may have hi-jacked it. Sure enough, his response was there.

Some may say it's half empty...

Thanks everyone for the assistance
I know that my spam box has been empty (I check it everytime I'm online), however I'm starting to think my messages *might* be getting kicked into their spam box. I'm seeking a newly redesigned clan badge & due to confusion with vendors over the design I have now included an attached image of it.
I'm now wondering if their system perhaps picked my message up as spam due to the image?
Thanks again, I'll try contacting them w/o the attachment & see if that works
