Very nice kilt, Brice, and you wear it well.

As someone who wears the Clergy/Clarke tartan (pick your order), I am curious about the shade. Is it modern? It looks lighter than what I'm accustomed to.

Your kilt looks great! Skye Highland Outfitters is definitely on my list for a made-to-measure kilt when I order one. I checked out their website and was very impressed with their prices.

Yes it is a modern, which is why it is lighter than just the regular Clarke tartan. I think the blues are deeper in color on the one you have. Either way, Clark is a great tartan isn't it?

The Clark PV tartan from MM is considered an "ancient" as the blue is a light color blue. If the blue were NAVY blue, it would be a modern.
