I realize this is now the third time I've linked to a style website that I don't really like, so I'll remedy that by sharing this link: http://permanentstyle.blogspot.com/

Written by a youngish guy in London, it's not kilt related but focuses on classic British style. The posts in the sidebar under the headings "Philosophy" and "The Rules and How to Break Them" are particularly good. As I said, it's not about kilt wearing at all, but I think many of the principles he talks about can be applied directly to putting together kilt outfits.

    Wicked good link, there.

Found this...related directly to our wearing of kilts...tho he doesn't mention them explicitly, I think we may draw a few conclusions .

That particular post is always popping up in the back of my mind. That one and the "fit, colour and style" post. Unfortunately that one just makes me all the more aware of the fact that my kilt doesn't actually fit that well...hopefully I'll get to remedy that before too long.

That last link actually got me thinking quite a bit...maybe let's take this over to the "Modern" section?
