Spoke with Tartan Day coordinator yesterday, she has spoken with Creegans and has told them we will be begin celebrating @ 6pm

I caught that, figure those who need to go home to change will be closer to 7PM. I'l be in a kilt all day, so I may be able to get there early. Big thing, is that she is there by 6PM, since that is the time she told people.
