My hearty congratulations to all of us: Todd, Mark, David, Dixiecat and all others. This is one of those rare threads wherein we are constantly adding to each other's knowledge base without dissension and with true understanding of the nature of recorded history. I think the view from two side of the Atlantic and from two countries on each side has been superb.
