You can get real nice ones, and read bad ones. It all comes down to the work you put into it. I have a sporran I bought at £9, and it's one of those I like the best. I also have a real sealskin sporran with a £160 price tag on it, but I don't really use it that often.

My best advice is to read trough several sporrans, find what's missing, ask about anything you can think of. I really like ebay since the seller depends on delivering a good product in order to keep selling. Therefore they reply quick, and in most cases they are telling you the fact. If they lie; their ebay-life is soon over.
