    Okay, a question:
Is it just me or is that second model wearing his kilt a wee bit too low, or does he have on a woman's skirt?

My friend Darcey (childhood friend I've known since I was 2) sent me the link. That guy (# 2) has on a women's Kilted Skirt. The gentleman they interviewed said he had on the 'Irish Revenge' tartan, when in fact it was the MacFarlane Hunting Ancient tartan (though 99.9% of the population won't know the difference).

I believe the kiltmaker (the first 'model' up) was from North Channel kilts.

Darcey had on a Mary Stewart Queen of Scots Mini kilt that Kelly made! All in all, good press for the kilt!

It's touted as a "Braveheart inspired pseudo great kilt" or terms to that effect, so I suppose in his mind anything goes.

I'm more worried about the representative (founder, IIRC) of the event who didn't sweep his pleats upon sitting and is wearing a PC that might have fit him a few pounds ago. . . lots of white shirt showing 'tween PC and kilt!

But overall a reasonably positive showing, certainly better than that Kathy Lee Gifford business on the Today Show!

The guy interviewed is Jeffery Shilling. He is a member here known as Kiltguy. He is the OP of the "Join us on King 5..." thread.

I'd agree it was better than some I've seen on tv, & thanks for letting me know my eyes weren't deceiving me.

I noticed that about the rep' as well

A bit of an education for me, as I have never seen "the modern kilt " actually being worn(and moving) before.I thought the lady who was introducing the show even sounded politely enthusiastic about the kilt.
