Good job! Last year I got to be an extra in some Japanese medical drama movie... Unfortunately the "stars" were nowhere near as nice and down-to-earth. The male lead was actually quite a _ _ _ _ . Glad you enjoyed your experience.

I'm glad that the 'star' did not adopt the new Hollywood standard of wearing a black necktie instead of a bow tie.
Unfortunately next to you he still looked like an oik.
BTB I know its rude to ask but how much did they pay you? I was in quite a few films in 80's in Hong Kong and the going rate in that place in those times was in the region of £100 a day.
The 'Eathen in his idleness bows down to wood and stone,
'E don't obey no orders unless they is his own,
He keeps his side arms awful,
And he leaves them all about,
Until up comes the Regiment and kicks the 'Eathen out.

We were supposed to get paid? I thought it was we paid them for the opportunity!
Actually I heard we were going to get 45 euros for the day which would be around $60 USD. Haven't seen any of it yet. Supposed to be deposited in our bank accounts. I certainly didn't do it for the money.
Regards,
Tom
