Guys, if you have not received your jacket then please do not send me an email stating that it is "too late now and better arrive soon". If you don't want it anymore then I'm more than happy to issue a refund if I havent sent it, or you return it to me.
There was a small mix-up with jackets ordered around 4-5 weeks ago, as when I took them upto the Post Office the assistant, who was new, did not process the jackets correctly - not adding a 'postage paid' label. I had several packages returned on Monday that were sent 3 weeks ago. I'm in the middle of attempting to claim for a refund, and I will re-post them asap.
I am sorry for the delay, but as I have previously stated I will get the jackets to you as soon as I can. Sending me an email saying 'where the hell is my jacket, this is taking far too long' will not speed up the process, and is making me think that my efforts have sadly not been worthwhile...
If you have received an incorrect size then please contact me via email (my paypal email to which you sent money). I will try and sort this out for you as soon as I can.

Good to see the gentlemen of XMarks behaving cordially. Anyone would think you were a proper retail outlet Paul. Not just a kilt forum member trying to help out other members with a great one off deal. As I said to you at Ferintosh. I wouldn't bother in future mate. Too much hassle and now abuse too. Nice!

Paul, you have gone above and beyond, helping others with a deal.. I am sorry to see some acting this way. I agree with English Bloke, you have done enough, considering you made nil for yourself on these deals.

I'll certainly stick up for Paul. Ordered mine probably the first day that he posted the offer and received it in a pretty timely manner. You want a deal? Maybe you have to wait a bit longer but have some consideration for the guy that's getting you the deal.
As a photographer, I can relate: I shoot a big job for an ad agency, no problems; I do a freebie wedding for a friend and I get nickeled and dimed to death.
No good deed goes unpunished, eh?
Best

I have nothing but good things to say about Paul.
I got the wrong size, but it happens. I'm not blaming anyone.
Now that I have contacted Paul, I'm more than happy to wait for everything to clear up.
Thank you Paul.

I have to second those just before me.
I received the wrong size initially. It happens. Paul has been very straightforward and gone far above the call on taking care of all this. We all know he didn't have to, and there were a few times that, were I he, I would've said "forget it."
I appreciate your efforts in all these jacket deals, Paul.

Paul, you are doing a fantastic favour for all of us. I ordered a jacket/waistcoat about a month ago and due to events outside your control, which you explained to me, has not been able to be sent. I was suprised when you were able to get some posted a fast as you did. I challenge anyone who has ordered kilt associated merchandise from overseas not to have had to wait for those goods for more than the expected time. Get over it guys, surely there are more important things. Once again Paul thankyou for your efforts. From your postings it is obvious that you have a busy life and I for one, owe you an enormous favour.

Guys, here are some more tracking no.s. I am missing one batch of receipts at the moment - so just because your postcode isnt on the list doesnt mean your jacket hasnt been sent.
These were all sent 2-4 weeks ago.
The first number is the first 4 digits of your postcode and the second is the tracking number. You can enter it here (do not enter the postcode, though).

Chase, did you send the jacket back to me? I believe the correct size is on its way.

I've not yet. I'm going to try to get to the post office this afternoon and get it on its way. I'll shoot you an email as soon as I do.
