I'm Kilted today, also. The girls in the law offices next door keep coming over to say goodmorning... :-)

Hope the day goes well, Sir William!
RobDog1701, sounds like they're looking for an excuse.

So far the day has gone well. No negative comments and only the mildest of joking concerning wearing a "skirt."
Several people have asked what the occasion is and when I say there is no special occasion other than I decided to wear a kilt that sparks a conversation on kilt-wearing.
Our Directorate Chief (my boss' boss) saw me walk by and came over to compliment me.
I used to wear a kilt to work once a month at a former job but got out of the habit when my kilts started to shrink. I'm thinking of picking up the habit again.

Mael,
About 30 pounds or 15% of my starting weight. My focus however was on my waist measurement, not the pounds.
I can now wear all my kilts comfortably, including one I bought in 1983 and hadn't worn in years and was thinking of selling though I didn't want to.
I'll be at the Appin Stewart display in the living history section. Drop by!

Congratulations on the weight loss. It's great that you are shrinking instead of the kilts.

If so, remember to keep your knees together for modesty's sake...
