We're coming on Friday afternoon and staying at the Holiday Inn downtown, very near where the parade starts. (I think) My wife and another couple will be in our group.
We are planning to watch the parade and then sample the local pubs along Main St. Anyone wanting to meet up, name a location. I don't know the local establishments.
On Saturday, how about we all meet at Matt's tent at 12:00 noon. Pictures, stories, introductions, lies, whatever.

I got a red pair I'm going to wear if it's 110 degrees.
I will wear my weathered Robertson 5 yard kilt to comensate for the warm feet!

I can only make it if I'm ready for company the next day. We're hosting friends for an annual memorial day get-together, then leaving the next day to drive to northwest Illinois (Galena-Dubuque) for a week at teh farm.
It would be a day trip most likely. Fly up in the morning and bacl after the get-together (wherever that is).
I will try my best.

Greenville Games
I am planning on attending, Saturday only unfortunately. Just got through discussing it with the wife after reading the article in todays Greenville News about it and HRH Prince Edward. Just got through looking at the website and saw that Clan MacTavish/Thompson was not listed as attending. So, if there are any other of my clansmen out there I will be in my Thompson blue modern tartan.
