I did a quick Google for Sunshine UK and found just the one company. Some of their blurb:

Sunshine UK is a brand new company operating in the south of England. We sell promotional products - anything from key rings, to kites, to children's toys - as well running an annual prize draw competition. The philosophy of our company is to create a successful business, whilst donating a percentage to those most in need of a helping hand.

There's no mention on the website of a traditional dress survey.

Not the right one I think. Try Sunshine dot co dot uk, not dot org. You will find there a travel agent, and several of the newspapers that carried the survey confirm that this is the right company. There's no survey on their site either, but it's definitely the right one.

The survey also suggested that the shell suit be adopted as English national dress, which I find rather disturbing!
