Shouldn't be a problem since the purchase will come from Scotland, and I know that Jock has excellent taste in whisky.

However, if I provide any Southern Mountain Dew to anyone, it would have to be store bought since few non-Southerners could take more than a drop or two of the good stuff. (Some of that stuff is about 180 proof and takes chrome off of bumpers. ) It's a little too stong for most folks.

But smoo-o-o-o-o-o-oth! The good stuff is realy smooth. . . . Or so I've heard.

Yeah, I "heard" that it is smooth, too. Heard it a bunch, for that matter.

Isn't that coincidence! I heard the same thing, back before my liver made the question academic for me.

Just make sure you don't "hear" a truck radiator. The lead in them can make for some "interesting" brain function later on.

Back on topic now, I'm really looking forward to this weekend and HRH's visit. I hope to get close enough for some pictures, and will be interested to see his security detail. Some friends of mine recently met another world leader, and were very impressed with the security agents around him.

I was watching the news on the ferry on the way back from Vancouver yesterday afternoon and saw a clip of the Prince's visit to the games. He was wearing a distinctly bifurcated lower garment!

And I'm man enough to pay up, too.

I was quite disappointed to see HRH in a suit. Although I hear that he claimed that his kilt was too hot, I imagine that a kilt would have been cooler than his suit.

Oh, well. Come on by, Jock. I'll pop for two drinks; any brand you fancy.
