Great advice above from many members here at the form. MacBean is a great tartan and both shades are very nice. My question though is the 1000 dollars for both of your outfits or just one? I would recommend looking for packages or sales. There are many tips on this forum on being thrifty with your money and finding good deals. Important thing is that you don't sacrifice quality. I do like the advice to go direct to the kiltmaker as it is true. You will save more if you go direct.

It is 1000 dollars each. That is rough, they said that if we need more to get a good product they would be fine with that.
