    Exclamation not to be trusted

Read with interest about this company. Placed an order using paypal for 2 hats, just to try the company out. Couldn't find anything on them on the internet until I came accross this site. Despite their emails telling me they would despatch within 3-4 days, nothing happened, so I decided to send them a "teaser" with a substanial order to see what sort of a reply I would get. They telephoned me from a coin box (they kept running out of peanuts) and the operator would ask me to hold the line in both English and gibberish.
He pressed me for immediate payment, I said when I received the two hats and was satisfied I would do business with them. When I asked him why he was using a coin box, I got the excuse he was at home and was doing his business late on!! He couldn't agree on the final figure, one minute it was £1000 then the next was under £500. They appear to be a scamming crowd.
I will claim my £34.00 back through paypal and bid them farewell.
They use a free email account. and the website has pictures taken from other websites. Not unlike the chinese in their scams.
Don't get involved with this company.

    How About Avoiding Generalizations......

Not unlike the chinese in their scams.

I do not want to sound like a jerk, but my wife is Chinese, my mother in law was born and raised in China. I have learned more than a little bit about the wealth of culture the Chinese offer.

It might be a lot fairer to say Company X from Shanghai who scammed me or Mr. Y from Hubei than "the Chinese". I am certain no one here would be very happy if someone in the US ripped off a customer on a custom kilt and they started slamming American kilt makers. Far too broad a brush.....

    Thanks for listening.
