Sounds like a plan then. I will be wearing Boyd kilt (red...looks like Stewart), green kilt hose. Don't know what headgear yet (losing the glengarry after the piping). I can best be spotted by the overweight ugly guy with the beautiful Hispanic wife, lol.
Plus, I owe the Clan Gunn members a few tunes. I have something in mind in memory of Royce for them.

About when do you plan to go the Clan Gunn tent. I'd love to hear you play a tribute to Royce!

I asked Carole when they were gonna be around and I think everyone will be bouncing from tent to tent. After the pipe competition, I am eating haggis, taking the wife around to the vendors then getting out of there before the heat really hits. I'll check their tent before I leave (11:00am or so) and play a few tunes.

I had a great time today visiting with Shawn Maxwell, his partner in crime, Cody Maxwell, Medic78,RadioKen,and kscaddo. I did not think to take any pics, probably because I had such a good time visiting..LOL I can say.. I felt I was dressed nicely for the weather, and it is because of this forum... and it was fun explaining what my O'Saffron tartan was... quite a few stopped and asked what clan it was..Thanks John!(slohairt) for making such a nice kilt for me...LOL
I think for fun... I am going to start calling my O'Saffron, the Irish Saffron Hunting tartan... LOL

Never met up or saw any of ya, not surprising with all of the ppl. there. The piping event was awful! First, we were supposed play at 10:00am and they changed that to 1:00pm (pretty freakin' hot). Then, found out they didn't even order the trophies! We were told they might be mailed to us. What a crock. Anyway, still had a good time.

That's why I couldn't find the piping contest. I did multiple laps around the fest, and never found a solo piper stage. I had to leave before 1pm.
