I saw a very small part of the film 'Trouble in the glen' today - which is very silly.

The female interest was wearing a kilt - it closed on the right. seemed to be fairly heavy material and a fair amount of it - but I would estimate it at 27 inches - half the width of 54 inch fabric.

There were other kilts in the film, but I only saw a few minutes.
