Possibly because they're your images? I tried logging in to Yahoo, but that did not seem to help. Are they set up to be shared? Where are they actually stored, it seems to me that Yahoo can link to other services...

Also the URL's look suspicious with a numeric IP address in front?!?

They are stored in iPhoto but emailed to my Yahoo email and I pulled the url's from there. Know how I can post pictures directly from iPhoto? That would be the best way to go about it.

Perhaps there is a setting where the pictures are stored that permits personal viewing only.

I'd create a Photo Album in your Control Panel, upload and link from there.

You could also create a free account at Photobucket, upload to there. Once uploaded, you would post the link from under the picture. [I need to go back and look at how I do it to give better instructions
