Glad every one is safe and secure. Living in Colorado and now Missouri, I have been near a number of tornados but never that close. Any thing that can drive a hay stalk inches into a telephone pole without a crumple is nothing to mess with.
Stay safe and get into the hidey hole.

Glad to see you, your father and the rest of the family are all OK. I grew up in Wichita, Kansas, which is tornado alley so know full well how destructive and dangerous they can be.

There's a town in Ontario, Midland, nearby where the G8 conference is being held, that on June 23 had an earthquake AND a tornado on the same day! Fortunately the earthquake was a relatively minor one, 5R. The tornado of course did considerable damage: no such thing as a minor tornado.

lol tell me about it, the one that hit midland literally went right buy us, so close our work handed out flashlights preparing for the power to go off, (i'm a 30-45 minute drive from midland and some of my friends live there)
